This retreat is a call to the bold souls and the seekers of ancient wisdom, this retreat is not open to all, we are going in deeper than before and you need to of done enough work to be able to hold your own in big energy. Its not for beginners. However we welcome all genders, orientations and ages.

If you’ve got a fierce curiosity, a willingness to break old patterns, and a craving for deep transformation, this is your space.

We do work with hypnosis and plant medicine, so if you have a history of significant mental illness and or psychosis, we ask you to check in with your medical team first.

We’ll hold powerful ceremonies in the ancient stone fire circles of the woods, partake in plant medicines, work with the water of the sacred loch, with the medicines of the earth. Around the fire, we’ll share ancient stories that bind us together in a tapestry of shared experience.

Sound Healing with Ruth

Nourishment and Exploration

Experience the magic of Ruth’s voice and instruments as she channels the ancient ones through. Her sound will help you connect deeply to the wisdom of the past and find the gold for the future. And in the mornings she will guide you through gentle exercises classes to keep that energy moving
